Return & Replacement Policy

Each Coaster Highlightz model is carefully designed and produced using CAD to ensure consistency and quality in every piece. Because of the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of these items, returns, exchanges, and store credits are not available.

If your order arrives damaged — for example, if the box or container is visibly dented or broken and damage to the pieces in the kit is noticed upon opening — please contact coasterhighlightz@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include photos of the packaging and the damaged parts, and we’ll review the situation and help with next steps.

If a part becomes damaged or breaks during assembly, please also reach out to coasterhighlightz@gmail.com. These cases are reviewed individually, and replacement parts may be offered when possible. Please note that shipping costs may apply, even if the replacement part itself is complimentary.

We want every piece to arrive in great condition and look its best on display, and we’ll do our best to make sure that happens!
