Coaster Highlightz – Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All Coaster Highlightz models are made to order. Each piece must be 3D printed, assembled/test fitted, then carefully packed for shipping. Standard processing time is typically 2–3 weeks from the date of payment, depending on order volume. You will receive updates on the status of your order and will be notified promptly of any changes or delays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped via standard shipping, primarily using FedEx. UPS may be used at Coaster Highlightz’s discretion. No expedited or alternative shipping options are available at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $22 per order, based on the average size and weight of our models (most fit within a 12"x16"x10" box and weigh 3–4 pounds). Free shipping is not offered.
Packaging
Models are shipped as kits, with parts separated into individually labeled bags. Packing popcorn is used throughout the box, and within some bags, to protect delicate components. All boxes are clearly labeled as "Fragile" and "This Side Up" to help ensure careful handling by couriers.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided to the customer’s email address as soon as the order is shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery is typically expected within 3–5 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather, road conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping is available only within the continental United States.
- Home addresses are preferred. However, if the courier can deliver to a P.O. box, this is acceptable.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact coasterhighlightz@gmail.com for assistance. Claims for damaged items will require proof (such as photographs) to process a replacement or resolve the issue.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
Holidays & Delivery Delays
Please be aware that order processing and shipping may be delayed during major holidays or due to adverse weather conditions. If you are purchasing a model as a gift for a holiday or special occasion, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
