No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Once a model has been sold and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Customer Satisfaction & Support for Broken Pieces
We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If any part of your model arrives broken or becomes damaged during normal use, please contact us at coasterhighlighz@gmail.com for support.
- In most cases, replacement parts will be provided at no charge for the material.
- Customers may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with replacement parts. The shipping cost will be determined by the owner on a case-by-case basis.
