Welcome to Coaster Highlightz. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or using our products. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Information

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a model. If you are under 18, you may only purchase with the consent of a parent or guardian. By completing a purchase, customers under 18 confirm parental consent. Coaster Highlightz does not independently verify age.

3. Product Information and Orders

  • All models are handcrafted scale replicas intended for display purposes only. They are not toys.
  • Custom commissions are available on a limited basis and are not sold through the website. For custom models, please contact us via Instagram (@Coasterhighlightz) or email (coasterhighlightz@gmail.com).

4. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods are as listed on the website.
  • All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • All sales are final. No refunds are provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Coaster Highlightz ships only within the United States.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • In case of lost or stolen shipments, please contact the courier directly. For assistance, you may reach out to coasterhighlightz@gmail.com.

6. No Return Policy & Customer Support

  • All sales are final. Once a model is sold and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If a part arrives broken or is damaged during normal use, please contact coasterhighlightz@gmail.com. Replacement parts are typically provided at no charge for materials; shipping costs may apply and are determined by the owner.
  • Any use of models outside of gentle assembly and display, as described in the instruction manual, voids eligibility for free part replacement.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, models, images, and branding are the exclusive property of Coaster Highlightz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Coaster Highlightz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. Models are for display only; use beyond recommended guidelines is at the buyer’s risk.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

10. Changes to Terms
Coaster Highlightz reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and are effective upon posting.
